i've been delaying for too long ;)
i've been saying but i haven't done it ;)
its time for a change.
time to do something for myself.
time to run, run, run. ;)
eat, eat, eat healthily.
i just don't have the determination to do it consistently which i think reasons why i hvnt started on it. at all.
likewise now, i'm talking. ain't i. ;D
oh wellz, im listening to westlife late night like tis. it isnt abnormal.
morning breakfast: MAKE SANDWICH. LOW HUAY LING. DO SOMETHING BOUT IT. u're not gonna eat a piece of nothing in the morning i tell you.
lunch: eat a nice meal. eat FINISH. eventho u feel like puking. TAHAN AND EAT IT.
after lunch, maybe a lil' snack during evening.
DINNER: EAT PROPER MEAL YOUUUUUUU.
supper? a piece of bread and glass of milk. ;)
gosh, start now.
time to get fit.
EXERCISE? MUST FIND A WAY TO EXERCISE. i wudnt wana wake up so early everyday..
i think i shall exercise every evening. EVERYDAY. everyday? yeap. everyday, from now on. will i be doing it? WATEVER IT TAKES, i must from now on.
gotta get the nice dress on my fit babeh! and a good 6-7 hours sleep per day.
coffee? heh. usual. coffee is my friend. ;p
